Whether leveling a pad site to erect a building or shooting an area to grade for a parking lot, we can get the area prepped and readied. We also offer a broad range of surfaces including aggregate, concrete, etc.
Lakes & Ponds
A pond or lake is a great way to enhance the beauty and increase the value of virtually any property. We are well versed in regional recommendations, soil testing, etc. If it’s determined that your soil needs additional additives to retain water, we’ll make recommendations based on your soil type as to which additive should be used. We can mix bentonite, lime, gypsum, etc. to assure the best retention in your application.

Trenching
From the smallest line to large pipeline(s), we can make sure your trench or ditch is built to specification. It is important to us to adhere to industry standards, as well.
Burning
Some cities &/or municipalities require a burn permit in order to burn downed trees and brush, as well as the “conspicuous” presence of a running bulldozer &/or excavator. This is especially true when there is no water source nearby with the means to disperse it, if and when it should become necessary. While some areas don’t require the presence of heavy equipment, it’s still a good idea, in order to assure that fires don’t become out of control. We are happy to accommodate you in this situation, from the acquiring of local permits to making certain that any and all burning takes place on approved burn-days, according to the local fire marshal or other approved officials.
